Job Description
The Manager Assistant supports the assigned Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the association and serves as a key liaison for community information and resident services. This role also assists in supervising onsite staff and ensures efficient administrative support across departments.
Action seeks a full-time Manager Assistant to support the on-site team at our luxury association, Marquee Park Place, located in Irvine, California.
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (must be flexible outside these hours for emergencies/staff coordination)
Compensation: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
