Job Description: Manager – Boomi AI Solutions

• Overview
• We are seeking a Manager – Boomi AI Solutions to help drive the development of AI-powered business solutions using the Boomi platform. This is a technical leadership role focused on applying AI/ML to real-world business challenges, integrating Boomi’s emerging AI capabilities into scalable, practical solutions.

• The Team
• You will work with colleagues in India and the US on client engagements across multiple industries, combining expertise in integration, data migration, automation, and AI to build solutions that streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and create new business opportunities. We are a fast-growing practice with a strong pipeline of projects leveraging emerging technologies like Boomi AI, and we value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• •Partner closely with our Business Applications and Management Consulting teams on new client opportunities and support pre-sales and sales activities.
• •Partner with client business and technical teams to understand challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
• •Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Boomi AI in combination with other enterprise integration and automation technologies.
• •Collaborate with global delivery teams to build, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
• •Stay current with AI/ML technologies and contribute ideas on how to apply them in the Boomi ecosystem.
• •Create solution accelerators, reusable components, and best practices for AI-enabled integrations and automations.
• •Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• •Contribute to practice development through documentation, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership content such as white papers, case studies, and webinars.

Basic Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• •8+ years of experience in technical solution development or integration roles.
• •Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, automation).
• •Hands-on experience with at least one AI/ML framework or service (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, OpenAI APIs) and delivering Agentic solutions.
• •Strong background in Boomi integration & automation, with the ability to extend solutions using AI/ML capabilities; experience with other integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) is a plus.
• •Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• •Experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring other team members with direct oversight
• •Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and architecture design skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Familiarity with Boomi Agent Studio and related components including Marketplace, Designer, Garden, and Control Tower.
• •Open to learning and working with other iPaaS platforms and their emerging AI solutions as needed.
• •Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is a plus.
• •Understanding of how AI can be embedded into ERP, CRM, or business application workflows.
• •Experience building reusable accelerators or solutions for integration/automation platforms.
• •Familiarity with agile delivery methods and DevOps tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira).
