Job Responsibilities

Business Strategy Development

• •Partner closely with key stakeholders and product teams to shape and execute strategic business growth initiatives.
• •Drive the overall business management agenda, maintaining high execution discipline to deliver key strategic priorities.
• •Accelerate branch network growth by optimizing profitability, expanding wallet share, driving cross-sell opportunities, and deepening client relationships.
• •Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration between coverage and product units to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• •Deliver actionable strategic insights and constructive challenge to elevate business performance and optimize resource allocation.
• •Formulate and manage the end-to-end proposition lifecycle for SME customers, including product and service development, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting or any related field.
• •Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in industry and/or consulting with proven track record in Business Finance & Business Strategy.
• •Working knowledge and understanding of business banking (ie. non-retail) products, processes and customer journeys.
• •Strategic and organizational agility
• •Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to effectively convey complex information at all levels
• •Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to constructively challenge in order to attain productive outcomes
• •Strong banking skills and awareness of financial intricacies
• Detailed with numbers, reporting and analysis
