Manager, Clinical Training

As a Manager, Clinical Training, you will partner with Clinical Scientists and Clinician Services leaders to design, implement, and oversee training, calibration, and quality initiatives that support the successful delivery of clinical endpoint assessments. This highly collaborative role combines clinical expertise, training leadership, quality oversight, and operational management to ensure internal clinicians and site raters are consistently prepared to deliver high-quality, reliable, and compliant clinical data.

What You'll Be Doing

• •Partner with Clinical Scientists and Clinician Services leadership to develop, maintain, and deliver study-specific and therapeutic area training programs.
• •Develop and implement training and calibration strategies that support clinical quality objectives and study requirements.
• •Manage clinician onboarding training, assignment tracking, completion records, and study readiness activities.
• •Monitor internal clinician performance across studies and clinical scales to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• •Identify clinical quality concerns and collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective and preventive actions.
• •Design and execute calibration exercises, scoring reviews, and quality monitoring activities in partnership with Clinical Science teams.
• •Lead group training sessions, workshops, calibration events, and team meetings.
• •Coordinate training schedules, calibration activities, and documentation to ensure they are completed within required timelines.
• •Develop supplemental and individualized training plans based on performance trends, quality findings, and study needs.
• •Provide direct coaching and constructive feedback to clinicians regarding scoring consistency, performance expectations, and quality improvement opportunities.
• •Partner with Clinical Science and Clinician Management teams to assess clinician performance and support study resourcing decisions.
• •Provide clinical consultation and guidance to internal clinicians and site raters regarding clinical scales, protocols, and assessment methodologies.
• •Oversee implementation of training and calibration plans and develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness and compliance.
• •Support the development and maintenance of work instructions, process guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality documentation.
• •Ensure clinical training records and documentation meet Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• •Partner with management teams to ensure operational activities are delivered compliantly, efficiently, and on schedule.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance training quality, clinician performance, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• •Work flexibly across global time zones to support international clinicians, sites, and project teams.

What We Look For

• •Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Life Sciences, or a related clinical field.
• •Minimum 5 years of clinical experience diagnosing, assessing, and/or treating patients within psychiatry, neurocognitive disorders, neurology, behavioral health, or related therapeutic areas preferred.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience delivering clinical training, clinician education, or professional development programs.
• •Minimum 2 years of experience administering clinical outcome assessments, rating scales, or clinical endpoints within a research setting preferred.
• •Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulated clinical research environments, and clinical trial processes.
• •Experience monitoring clinical quality, rater performance, scoring consistency, or clinician compliance is highly desirable.
• •Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
• •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• •Fluency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
