Manager, Construction Project Delivery

What you will do:

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects within the Controls portfolio from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

The Construction Manager works closely with customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain project quality, and ensure profitable execution.

• •Manage assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Plan, execute, monitor, and complete medium-complexity projects.
• •Coordinate with customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal departments.
• •Track project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
• •Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• •Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• •Deliver projects that meet customer expectations and business objectives.

What we look for:

• •Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• •Minimum 6 years of relevant project or construction management experience.
• •Experience managing construction, controls, or building systems projects.
• •Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.

• •Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage.
• •Experience in Controls, BMS, HVAC Controls, or Building Automation Systems.
