Manager, Controlling Free Cash Flow & Analytics

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Free Cash Flow Controlling & Analytics to join our regional team based in Singapore. Serving as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Free Cash Flow (FCF) and working capital, you will lead our efforts to embed FCF optimization into regional decision-making while driving regional financial consolidation.

In this pivotal role, you will champion Free Cash Flow performance across our regional operations and brands (foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti). You will act as the key strategic bridge between regional finance, executive leadership, and functional/country teams—translating complex cash flow mechanics into operational reality, enhancing liquidity forecasting, and building automated tracking systems.

Additionally, you will oversee regional group consolidation, providing regional finance leadership with robust heatmaps, automated reporting, and actionable insights to guide high-level strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:

• •Free Cash Flow Leadership: Serve as the regional SME for Free Cash Flow (FCF). Own, refine, and drive the regional FCF strategy, working capital monitoring, forecasting and tooling.
• •Cross-Functional Cash Ownership: Partner closely with Country teams, Regional Finance, and functional teams to elevate FCF visibility. Drive cash-conscious decision-making across all business lines and operational initiatives.
• •Regional Group Consolidation: Lead the consolidation of monthly financial reporting across foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely executive management updates.
• •Automate & Modernize Infrastructure: Eliminate manual workarounds by designing scalable dashboards and automated models that provide real-time, granular visibility into cash flow performance and regional financial metrics.

• •Education: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• •Experience: 4–6+ years in Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, with proven hands-on expertise in Free Cash Flow modeling, cash management, or working capital optimization.
• •Industry Background: You’ve cut your teeth in fast-paced industries like tech, e-commerce, or logistics. You know how to thrive in a high-growth environment.
• •Strategic Communication: Ability to distill complex cash flow mechanics into clear narrative insights and strategic recommendations for C-suite and non-finance teams.
• •Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable working with diverse regional teams and different functions. You should be viewed as a trusted business partner, not just a finance representative.
• •Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong ownership, a hands-on attitude, and the determination to build processes from the ground up and carry projects through to completion.
• •Technical Skills: You are an expert in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or SQL. Experience with OneStream or  Anaplan is a definite plus.
