Job Description
- Deliver high-quality service to corporate customers across calls, emails, written correspondence, and digital channels.
- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Officers.
- Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to procedures.
- Handle escalated customer cases and service recovery.
- Monitor team performance and service levels.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring and performance reviews.
- Review transactions beyond officer authorization.
- Support workforce planning and scheduling.
- Drive process improvements and departmental projects.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage operational performance.
- Data Analytics knowledge is advantageous.
