Become a key business partner to the company’s leadership team, taking responsibility for financial management, planning, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• •Financial Planning and Reporting for Manufacturing Plant over 600 Employees.
• •Monitor all Legal Reporting – incl. VAT Return, CIT, Intrastat, Non-Income Tax Reporting, Deferred Tax Calculation, Transfer Pricing Files Preparation, local tax files and other tax related matters, keep updated on changing tax requirements
• •Prepare Annual Reports & Financial Statements.
• •Monthly Closing – US GAAP Closing Coordination (Fixed Assets, GL, Salaries, Inventories, Leasing etc.), Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Quarterly Variance analysis.
• •Take care of SOX Compliance & Controls.
• •Audits: establish good relationships with internal and external auditors; preparation and handling of these audits.
• •Ensure compliance with Donaldson procedures and practices. Improvement & Global Projects.
• •Leading the Team of Accountant Specialists.

Requirements:

• •University/High School Degree
• •Min. 5 years of post-qualification experience. Preferably within a US group.
• •Good Knowledge of Accounting US GAAP & CAS.
• •Good PC skills (MS Office: Excel – advanced level), ERP system (Oracle appreciated)
• •Fluent English. (fluent Czech)

• •Oracle appreciated.
