Join our high-impact Finance Transformation team, reporting to the Director of Finance Transformation within the Chief Accounting Officer's organization . This team plays a critical role in enabling DDN's growth by leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives, implementing modern technology solutions, standardizing global processes, and supporting expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing process design with operational teams, leading technology implementations, managing complex projects, and driving organizational change.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on team member to support initiatives aligned with DDN’s strategic objectives. This role will lead and support transformation projects and deliver measurable value across multiple initiatives concurrently, including:

Implementing Navan’s expense management and corporate card solution;

Managing projects to globalize and standardize procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes;

Supporting the setup and operationalization of legal entities for market expansion; and

Supporting the Workday implementation and post-launch optimization initiatives.

This role will work closely with Accounting, Legal, HR, and Business Systems teams to design, implement, and manage projects that deliver sustainable outcomes.

What we’re looking for

A forward-looking perspective on the future of finance, including digital, automation, and AI-driven solutions;

The ability to build trusted relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills;

Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in understanding the business context behind decisions and organizational goals;

Systems experience with platforms such as Workday, Navan, or Salesforce strongly preferred;

Four or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance Transformation;

A strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, internal controls over financial reporting, and US GAAP reporting;

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; and

Simply being a self-starter with a “get it done” attitude goes a long way!
