We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Manager with experience in IT operations, team leadership, and strategic information security capabilities. You will be part of an Information Technology / Information Security team responsible for protecting organizational assets, governing identity lifecycle operations, and driving IT alignment across business units. You will be involved in directing daily department operations, managing IT staff performance, promoting service capabilities, and overseeing departmental budget forecasting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in technological research, security policy formulation, and cross-departmental project coordination. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of related IT experience and 3+ years of IT management experience.

You Will:

• •Oversee the daily operations and service delivery of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department.
• •Partner with IT and business operations teams to promote, educate, and consult on IAM capabilities and security frameworks.
• •Accomplish IT staff results by communicating job expectations, planning and appraising performance, coaching, and managing employee development.
• •Recruit, select, orient, and train team members while developing personal growth opportunities in a secure work environment.
• •Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing identity technologies, policies, and procedures.
• •Direct technological research by evaluating organizational goals, industry trends, and emerging user projects.
• •Forecast financial requirements, assist in preparing the annual IAM budget, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the Director of Site Reliability Engineering, this role will collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Business Operations, and Data Center Operations on a daily basis.

• •Regular interaction with department heads and project managers to coordinate resource allocation and project timetables.
• •Key exposure to IT Leadership regarding security posture, budget performance, and strategic IAM initiatives.

• •Identity & Access Management Platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory)
• •Single Sign-On (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Solutions
• •Privileged Access Management (PAM) Tools
• •IT Service Management Platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)

Must Have’s:

• •7+ years of related Information Technology / Information Security experience.
• •3+ years of IT management and direct people leadership experience.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• •Demonstrated experience managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• •Proven track record of designing, implementing, and enforcing IT security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to Have’s:

• •Industry certifications in Information Security or IAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIAM).
• •Experience in the automotive, auction, or e-commerce industries.
• •Knowledge of health, safety, and loss prevention practices in a corporate IT environment.
