As a Manager – M&A Enterprise Apps – Accelerated Solutions you will translate private equity and M&A objectives into application separation, integration, and modernization strategies while leading workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity and maintaining professional standards. In this role at PwC, you will facilitate executive workshops, assess application landscapes across core enterprise domains, coordinate inter-workstream dependencies, and prepare client-ready deliverables that support transaction outcomes and value realization.

Responsibilities

  • - Translating private equity and M&A objectives into application separation, integration, and modernization approaches
  • - Leading application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs
  • - Facilitating workshops, decision forums, and steering committee discussions with client executives and deal stakeholders
  • - Assessing current and target application landscapes across O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, CRM, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
  • - Driving application intake, rationalization, disposition planning, migration, and separation activities across enterprise portfolios
  • - Coordinating Day 1 readiness planning and execution across global teams and interdependent workstreams
  • - Managing project plans, milestones, RAIDD logs, governance activities, and cutover deliverables
  • - Preparing client deliverables, including execution strategies, design documents, workplans, status updates, and change management materials
  • - Analyzing current-state technology environments to identify modernization, optimization, and value creation opportunities
  • - Developing executive-ready analyses and recommendations that connect technical findings to business implications
  • - Mentoring junior team members through coaching, quality review, and feedback on assigned tasks
  • - Supporting proposal development, capability building, and practice growth across the application portfolio

What You Must Have

  • - At least a Master of Business Administration's degree
  • - At least 4 years of experience
  • - Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • - Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
  • - Demonstrating experience with application separation and integration programs
  • - Leading client workshops and executive decision-making forums
  • - Translating M&A strategy into application roadmaps
  • - Managing Day 1 readiness, cutover, and TSA exit planning
  • - Guiding teams across enterprise applications and business process dependencies
