Job Description

Manager, Marketing & Growth Operations

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth & Strategy, you will lead marketing and growth operations initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support sales success, and improve business development effectiveness. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, sales, proposal teams, and marketing professionals while helping shape how innovative technologies are brought to market. This position is fully onsite in Camarillo, CA.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and market expansion.
  • Create and manage customer-facing campaigns, content, and brand messaging.
  • Lead development of brochures, presentations, capability statements, and sales enablement materials.
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
  • Support social media activities, digital marketing initiatives, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate press releases, product announcements, and customer success communications.
  • Improve lead generation and customer engagement processes.
  • Evaluate and implement approved artificial intelligence and business productivity tools.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business development, sales, proposal operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Support opportunity reviews and continuous improvement of proposal readiness processes.

What you need

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills – required
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities – required
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and build alignment – required
  • Experience developing technical marketing and customer-facing content – required
  • Experience in marketing, sales operations, business development support, communications, or related fields (5+ years) – required
  • Experience with customer relationship management, marketing automation, or content management systems – required
  • Aerospace, defense, space, or advanced technology industry experience – preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline – required

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
