Overview:

The Policy Credit Planning & Strategy manager is responsible for reviewing and aligning PFS credit policies with regulatory requirements and growth strategies to ensure high asset quality. You will drive portfolio performance through data analysis and lead digital transformation projects to automate credit evaluation. This role will report to the Head - Personal Financial Services Credit (Credit Policy & Strategy Planning).

Responsibilities:

• •Review PFS credit policy to ensure compliance to regulatory requirement and the Bank’s lending direction for growth whilst maintaining asset quality.
• •Perform portfolio analysis and continues portfolio management to strengthen credit portfolio performance.
• •Contribute to digital and AI transformation initiative by leading/ supporting system enhancement projects for credit evaluation in relation to credit risk/ policy across all products.
• •Perform risk and compliance control testing and address audit query/ related matters.
• •Assumed the role of Business Unit Compliance Representative (BUCR) & Operational Risk Representative (ORR).

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

Education/Qualification

• •possess a Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• •Minimum of 5 years of credit management and credit risk experience with good knowledge about consumer banking / small business lending products and process.
• •Not mandatory but preferably with minimum Level 1 Chartered Banker Credit certification from AICB.
