Tasks and Qualifications:

Your tasks:

• •You take end-to-end ownership of one or more PMO services (e.g. Resource Management) ensuring effective delivery, continous improvment and alignment with business needs.
• •You define, maintain and evolve PMO standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures and project management methodologies to support successful project delivery.
• •You provide transparency on project performance by identifying risks, dependencies and critical issues early, assessing their impact and enabling informed decision-making.
• •You act as a trusted advisor to project leaders, stream leads and senior stakeholders, supporting planning, monitoring, controlling and the resolution of complex project challenges.
• •You coach and enable project teams through training, onboarding, workshops and guidance on project management best practices, tools and governance processes.
• •You ensure high-quality project documentation, knowledge management and collaboration environments, leveraging tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI and MS Project.

Your profile:

• •You hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• •You bring 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, transformation management or related project delivery roles in large-scale projects in an international environment.
• •You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •You combine a structured and self-driven way of working with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• •You have hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• •You are fluent in English; German and project management certifications are a plus.
