Role Overview

As a Product Ops Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end operationalization of key pricing products. You will work directly with PMs and Ops teams to turn product features into smooth daily operations, ensuring seamless rollouts and adoption.

What You Will Do

Execution & Rollout: Lead product launches/rollouts within Pricing Ops; build SOPs, training materials, and documentation for operational teams.

Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between assigned Pricing PMs and frontline operation teams to solve blocker issues during product deployments.

Metrics & Optimization: Track product adoption metrics, operational efficiency impact, and user compliance after product launches.

People Management: Direct management of L4 Associates, guiding their daily execution and career growth.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Ops.

Experience with process optimization and product lifecycle management.

Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
