• The Manager, Process Engineering will lead a team supporting sterile manufacturing operations within Sterile South (vial, syringe, and auto-injector lines).

A Day in the Life

• •Lead ~5 process engineers
• •Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor
• •Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
• •Support tech transfers and changeovers
• •Drive process improvements and efficiency
• •Collaborate with quality, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
• •Mentor and develop team members

Keys to Success

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical discipline

Experience

• •6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with direct experience in sterile fill/finish operations (required)
• •Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience, leading engineers or technical teams in a manufacturing environment
• •Strong hands-on experience with:
• •Troubleshooting manufacturing/process issues on the floor
• •Root cause analysis and corrective actions

• •Experience supporting tech transfer, changeovers, and new product introductions
• •Experience partnering with operations to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and performance optimization
• •Exposure to equipment capabilities, line performance, and manufacturing constraints within sterile environments
