Manager, Retail Finance

• This role is a key finance partner to a growing retail business, helping translate commercial strategy into measurable and profitable results.
• You will work closely with Retail and Sales teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across major retail channels.
• The position combines financial analysis, retail execution, trade spend management, and order-to-cash oversight.
• You will build visibility into KPIs, identify opportunities and risks, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• The role also involves improving product costs, managing deductions and retailer fees, and strengthening financial processes across the retail lifecycle.
• You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, fully remote environment with significant cross-functional exposure and ownership.
