  • Verantwortlich für Kernaufgaben aus dem Technologiemanagement, wie bspw. Foresight, Ideation oder StartUp-Management
  • Hautpansprechperson für definierte Technologie- und Innovationsfelder
  • Weiterentwicklung einer digitalen Plattform für das Technologie- und Innovationsmanagement
  • Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie Organisation und Durchführung von unternehmensweiten Veranstaltungsformaten (Events, Workshops, Meetings etc.)
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für das Top Management
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Verteidigungsindustrie, insb. Verteidigungstechnologien
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich der Koordinierung funktionsübergreifender Teams
  • Erfahrungen im Technologie- und Innovationsmanagement und im Einsatz gängiger Methoden und Tools (z.B. ITONICS)
  • Erhöhte Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
