Managing Consultant, MarTech

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Managing Consultant, MarTech based in Switzerland.

As a Managing Consultant, MarTech, you will own client engagements end-to-end, combining strategic consulting, technical leadership, relationship management, and commercial responsibility. You’ll work directly with senior marketing and growth stakeholders while remaining close enough to the technology to design solutions and challenge technical decisions. Acting as a player-coach, you’ll shape customer data and marketing technology strategies while directing engineers and implementation partners. You’ll identify opportunities for growth, connect recommendations to measurable business outcomes, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively. The role offers exposure to diverse industries, technology stacks, and clients across Europe and North America. It is ideal for an experienced consultant who enjoys moving between executive conversations, strategic problem-solving, and hands-on technical work.
