As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of SAP Finance Controlling (FI/FICO) solutions, leveraging expertise in Finance and Controlling processes to deliver scalable, integrated, and maintainable solutions that meet client needs. Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and collaborate with business users, process owners, technical teams, and SAP specialists to resolve complex Finance issues, support critical month-end and year-end activities, drive enhancements and continuous improvements, and ensure high-quality delivery of AMS services. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy development and solution implementation by analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting and resolving SAP Finance issues, supporting testing and deployments, preparing functional specifications and documentation, and providing SME guidance to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant Finance operations. Required Experience: Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP CO with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect. SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP FI & CO processes, integration and workflows. Experience in complex ticket resolution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation. SAP Certifications: Holder of SAP certifications. SAP Technical skills: Exposure to SAP CO-PA, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance (CFin), Universal Journal (ACDOCA) Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
