As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN FI, you will implement, configure, and support SAP HANA FIN FI solutions, serving as a client-facing expert and trusted advisor. You will leverage your SAP FI/FICO expertise to analyze business requirements, resolve complex Finance issues, design effective solutions, and support successful project and AMS delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: Design and Configure Solutions: Design, configure, and enhance SAP FI/FICO solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling, and financial integration. Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Provide senior-level functional and production support, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, reconciliations, testing, deployments, enhancements, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with business users, process owners, ABAP developers, and technical teams to resolve complex issues and support critical Finance processes. Analyze Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into appropriate SAP Finance solutions, functional specifications, and process improvements aligned with system standards. Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Support AMS delivery, month-end and year-end activities, enhancements, change requests, testing, and implementation initiatives while driving system stability and service quality. Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Extensive hands-on SAP FICO experience, with strong SAP FI expertise, solid CO knowledge, FI/CO integration, and experience supporting enhancements and projects within an AMS environment. SAP Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, financial reconciliations, FI integration with MM and SD, and complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven problem management. SAP Functional Leadership: Ability to independently resolve complex functional issues, deliver sustainable solutions, and operate as a senior SME/escalation point while effectively collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. SAP Certifications: SAP certification in SAP Finance, SAP Analytics, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred. SAP Functional skill: Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFin) or Finance transformation initiatives, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SAP CO-PA, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, Treasury, or other advanced Finance capabilities. Familiarity with SAP HANA: Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA Finance applications.
