Manual Test Analyst /Manual Tester

Job Description:

• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and, if applicable, create user stories.
• •Assess testing capability and capacity, developing comprehensive test plans in conjunction with the Program Manager.
• •Develop Business Test Plans, secure necessary approvals, and ensure appropriate test accounts are provisioned and conditioned.
• •Manage defect logging and retesting until resolution.

Key Deliverables:

• •Test Plans and Scripts
• •Test Account Conditioning
• •Execution of Testing, including stakeholder approvals (e.g., Business Test Manager, Program Manager, Business Sponsor) for closed scripts.
• •Testing Exit Reports submitted by code freeze, requiring Program Manager approval and submission to the Assigned Test Manager.
• •Daily Status Reports covering testing level of concern, summary, requirements, burndown plan, defect lists, tollgates, status, and test cases.

Important Considerations:

• •This is an individual contributor role requiring 6-8 years of experience.
• •Working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM EST (North America).
