Manufacturing Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support manufacturing and laboratory operations through data management and analysis. This role is critical in ensuring accurate scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and provide actionable insights that improve efficiency and support business continuity.

This is a 100% on-site role based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island . Applicants must already reside locally or within a reasonable commuting distance. Relocation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Collect, validate, and maintain manufacturing and laboratory data to support daily operations.
• •Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs that drive resource utilization and scheduling decisions.
• •Identify data gaps or discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with process owners.
• •Support system configuration, data migration, and user training for LIMS and related tools.
• •Document workflows and create SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
• •Apply analytical tools responsibly to automate repeatable tasks and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, computer science, manufacturing technology, information systems, or a closely related field is required
• •Full-time, on-site availability in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Must be local or within commuting distance.
• •Hands-on experience in a laboratory, chemical production, or manufacturing environment.
• •Strong skills in data handling, documentation, and problem-solving.
• •Proficiency with spreadsheets and structured data systems.
• •Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience with LIMS, ERP, or product data management systems.
• •Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or Power Query.
• •Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments.
• •Ability to design repeatable workflows and reporting standards.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $58,800.00 - $91,875.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
