Manufacturing Operator 1

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for manufacturing product by following standard work and manufacturing specification. The position has a key role in meeting production needs and working as a team with other to operate efficiently.

Variety of Shifts:

1st shift - Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm Pay Rate $20.00-$21.70 per hour

2nd shift - Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am Pay Rate $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Operates Machinery

Safety and Environmental Compliance

Manage Production Schedule

Process Improvement, and Maintenance

Training

Visual Factory Goal

Communication Skills

Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/Skills:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read, write and speak and understand English

Ability to read and understand complex work instructions

Basic computer/math skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Self-Motivated and detail oriented

Team oriented

Ability to lift 50 lbs to 75 lbs (location dependent)

US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Additional PREFERRED Qualifications/Skills:

Track record of strong communication and above average job performance

Experience manufacturing flexible materials

Experience in Aerospace, Medical or Wire and Cable manufacturing
