What You’ll Do:

• •Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment
• •Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions
• •Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams
• •Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements
• •Test, validate, and document engineering solutions
• •Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• •2–4 years of relevant engineering experience
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• •Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
• •Strong collaboration and communication skills
