Job Objective:

The Manufacturing & Production Associate plays an essential role in the production of our Hook and Loop technology! This person is responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment while following established standard operating procedures, maintaining safety, quality, and time standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• •Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
• •Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans.
• •Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.
• •Perform quality checks as required.
• •Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
• •Maintain established production standards.
• •Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals.
• •Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.
• •Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• •High School Diploma or GED required.
• •Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred.
• •Ability to learn multiple processes and work across departments.
• •Basic computer skills (data entry, transactions, work systems).
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• •Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• •Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
