As a Manufacturing Technical Delivery Lead, you will lead end-to-end delivery across manufacturing technology workstreams spanning SCADA, HMI, MES, OT integration, and digital manufacturing applications, with a focus on client support in managed services. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, provide strategic direction, and coach diverse teams through complexity while supporting operational excellence and clear stakeholder communication. In this role at PwC, you will guide a distributed team across India, the US, and Poland, manage release and change activity, and translate plant-floor needs into practical technology delivery within our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities

• - Leading end-to-end delivery across Ignition SCADA and HMI, OT integration, DELMIA Apriso MES support, Azure platform operations, and digital manufacturing applications
• - Managing SLA, KPI, throughput, release, and change commitments across multiple workstreams while balancing enhancement, support, and project demand
• - Providing technical direction for SCADA, MES, OT connectivity, integration patterns, environment strategy, and deployment governance
• - Driving incident, problem, and change management for production-impacting issues and coordinating root cause resolution through permanent fixes
• - Overseeing validation windows, downtime planning, rollback activities, and plant release coordination for MES and SCADA changes
• - Guiding architecture and engineering standards for tag design, redundancy, historian strategy, alarm handling, code quality, version control, testing, and documentation
• - Directing regulated delivery models across ITAR and non-ITAR environments with separated access, audit-ready change records, and controlled data movement
• - Leading a distributed team across India, the US, and Poland through capacity planning, skills coverage, cross-training, onboarding, and succession planning
• - Translating manufacturing floor needs into technical scope and presenting delivery status, financials, risks, and improvement opportunities to client leadership
• - Advancing automation, reusable knowledge assets, and process improvements that reduce manual effort and strengthen service performance

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Domain SME with extensive shop-floor manufacturing experience( Automotive manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred)
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
