Manufacturing Technician - 1

Main Objectives

ENOVIX KOREA (Routejade) is seeking a Production Technician for its lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant at the Nonsan Gayagok Agro-Industrial Complex. The Production Technician will perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment. This role is essential for supporting the production team in achieving accurate, timely, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• •Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• •Assist in assembling, testing, and inspecting lithium-ion battery products and related materials.
• •Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the leader or manager.
• •Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• •Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials and products.
• •Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• •Support the team in meeting production targets and schedules.

Desired Qualifications

• •High school diploma or associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• •Some of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• •Knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• •Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail.
• •Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision.
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
