• Position Summary
• The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing manufacturing employees to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. This role delivers hands-on training, facilitates new hire orientation, supports cross-training initiatives, and partners with operations leadership to drive workforce readiness and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Site : Byhalia, MS

Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• •Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training to production employees, technicians, and support staff.
• •Facilitate new hire onboarding and job-specific training programs.
• •Train employees on manufacturing processes, work instructions, quality requirements, safety procedures, and company systems.
• •Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching, feedback, and retraining as needed.
• •Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• •Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• •Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• •Ability to operate a personal computer, including Windows-based operating systems and related software.
• •Advanced PC skills, including experience with Jabil systems and software applications.
• •Ability to create and maintain simple training materials, correspondence, and visual aids.
• •Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• •Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and train others effectively.
• •Ability to work in a standardized manufacturing environment with occasional process variations.
• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• •Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret production and training performance metrics.
