What You'll Do

Diagnostics & Repair

• •Diagnose and repair outboard engines, inboard systems, and marine components
• •Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and major mechanical repairs
• •Conduct inspections, testing, and sea trials to ensure quality workmanship

Rigging & Installation

• •Complete engine installations, repowers, and OEM rigging
• •Install controls, steering systems, electronics, trolling motors, and marine accessories
• •Perform electrical, mechanical, and performance upgrades to manufacturer standards

Service Department Support

• •Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
• •Maintain accurate repair documentation and labor operations
• •Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• •Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities that improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •5+ years of marine technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
• •Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser certifications strongly preferred
• •MMI graduates encouraged to apply
• •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• •Experience with mechanical, electrical, and rigging systems
• •Productive, dependable, and detail-oriented
• •Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused attitude
• •Valid driver's license required

Schedule

• •Full-time position
• •Monday through Saturday
• •Sundays always off
• •One weekday off
