Market Access Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Market Access Specialist based in Canada.

This role supports market access, reimbursement, government affairs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives designed to improve patient access to healthcare products and services across Canada. You will contribute to reimbursement submissions, funding applications, value communication materials, and strategic market access projects. Working across commercial, marketing, clinical, regulatory, consumer care, and global teams, you will help translate complex healthcare evidence into clear, actionable resources. The position combines research, analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement within the Canadian healthcare environment. You will monitor policy and funding developments and turn relevant findings into insights that support business and access objectives. The role offers a collaborative environment with exposure to healthcare policy, reimbursement, health economics, and government affairs. This is a remote opportunity for candidates outside commuting distance of Oakville, Ontario, while local employees are expected to follow a hybrid arrangement.
