As an Assistant Marketing, a typical day will include:

Perform s general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening, or distributing mail).

Receive s , record s , and relay s messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Promote s awareness of brand image internally and externally.

Complete s all Daily Checklists and reports and turn s them into management at the end of the shift.

Provides reporting daily to manager/supervisors.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Contribute to team goals.

Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a n Assistant Marketing :

Successful candidates will have administrative or customer service experience and interact with others either in person or by phone.

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Computer/technical experience preferred.

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
