As a small, agile team, we're seeking a proactive Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to attract top talent and expand our employer network.

About the Role

This unique position blends marketing with recruitment. You’ll design and deliver campaigns to bring both jobseekers and employers to our platform and personally source talented real estate professionals for our clients. Reporting directly to the Director, your efforts will directly influence our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Identify and engage real estate candidates (Property Managers, Sales Agents, BDMs, Assistant PMs, Receptionists) for employer roles

Conduct targeted LinkedIn talent searches by role, location, and state (e.g., Property Managers within 30 km of Sydney)

Dedicate 2–3 hours daily to expanding our LinkedIn talent network through outreach and engagement

Follow up with applicants from SEEK and assist jobseekers in creating platform profiles

Track applications for each role and employer; provide weekly progress updates

Build partnerships with educational institutes and RTOs for entry-level talent

Assist employers with account setup, job postings, and contacting matched candidates

Marketing & Growth

Plan and execute email campaigns (EDMs) targeting jobseekers and employers

Set up SMS campaigns and automated follow-up emails

Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, tiles, stories, reels) at least two weeks in advance

Edit short-form video reels with the Director

Grow our Instagram presence by interacting daily with real estate businesses

Research and reach out to active Australian real estate businesses for employer partnerships

Monitor Meta ad performance and help develop LinkedIn ad strategies

Support SEO and AI search visibility using HubSpot and SEMrush

Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines

CRM & Reporting

Maintain candidate and employer records in HubSpot, ensuring data quality and removing duplicates

Prepare daily end-of-day (EOD) reports and weekly summaries (sign-ups, new employer accounts, applications per role)

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, digital marketing, or related fields

Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn

Hands-on experience with email marketing and social media content

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ATS tools

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable with daily reporting and open to direct feedback

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting within the Australian real estate or property sector

Familiarity with job boards like SEEK or Indeed

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or SEMrush

Confidence using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to optimize work
