Working with limited supervision, you will manage projects from initial brief through delivery, collaborating with product teams, senior stakeholders, regional and market teams, agencies, and legal and regulatory partners. Your work will help bring highly innovative medical technology to customers through clear, consistent and compliant communications.
Your role
- Manage assigned marketing communications projects from objectives and audience insights through concept development, briefing, content creation and delivery of campaigns, assets and toolkits.
- Contribute to communications plans and project roadmaps aligned with the CT business marketing plan, approved positioning and customer journey priorities.
- Develop clear product messaging and creative briefs using approved claims and evidence, and coordinate content for web, email, social media, brochures, events, trade shows, sales enablement and other omnichannel touchpoints.
- Support product launches and campaign activation in partnership with Category Leaders, Product Managers, regional teams and markets.
- Maintain a consistent brand personality, tone of voice and level of quality, ensuring materials meet Philips brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Brief and coordinate agencies, production partners and vendors, tracking scope, delivery, quality, timing, project costs and budgets.
- Monitor relevant campaign and asset performance measures, share practical learnings and apply improvements to future communications and customer experiences.
- Operate independently while building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across a global and highly innovative environment.
You’re the right fit if
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or an equivalent field, together with at least three years of relevant marketing communications experience.
- You have experience creating and delivering integrated marketing content such as campaigns, digital content, web pages, brochures, trade show materials, sales collateral or product launch communications.
- You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, are comfortable taking end-to-end ownership, and can work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
- You communicate excellently in English and can develop clear messaging and briefs for different audiences and channels. Experience in healthcare, medical technology, imaging, CT or another regulated industry is strongly preferred. Experience with agencies, regulatory reviews, claim substantiation or LEAN Basic certification is an advantage.
