Konexial is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for developing creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the VP of Marketing to support the execution of marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day marketing projects, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Konexial's marketing efforts.

Your Future Job:

• •Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
• •Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content for marketing materials, including website updates, blog posts, social media content, product and promotional collateral.
• •Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and insights for marketing strategies.
• •Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences.
• •Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including key metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations for optimization.
• •Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
• •Administrative Support: Support VP of Marketing by managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

To Land the Job You’ll Need:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• •2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or logistics industry.
• •Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
• •Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• •Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
• •Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Extra Awesome (Not Required):

• •Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish preferred)
• •Experience in website development and management (WordPress)
• •Knowledge and interest in leveraging AI to support marketing efforts and automation
