- Use AI and other productivity tools to support research, content development, presentations, analysis, and other marketing activities.
- Provide additional creative, operational, and project support as marketing priorities evolve.
Qualifications

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting online research and distilling information into clear, useful takeaways.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to create polished presentations, documents, and basic analyses.
- Experience with Canva or another design platform and an eye for creating clean, professional materials.
- Experience working with a CRM or marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, content development, presentations, data analysis, and other day-to-day marketing activities.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, contact lists, and basic marketing reporting.
- Curious about new technology and able to quickly learn and apply new tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Comfortable balancing creative work with hands-on administrative and operational responsibilities.
