Outset invented a better way to do research: AI-powered user interviews.
Global brands like Hubspot, Microsoft, Uber and Nestle use Outset to achieve deeper, qualitative insights about their users at unprecedented speed and scale.
The research industry is massive (>$140B and growing) and ripe for disruption. Incumbents are outdated, slow, and burdened by high-cost services. That's our opportunity.
Outset is backed by top Silicon Valley investors and raised a $30M Series B in December 2025—less than six months after our Series A—led by Radical Ventures with participation from M12 (Microsoft’s venture arm), 8VC, Y Combinator, and Adverb Ventures.
The raise follows a breakout year, with our business growing 8x as enterprise customers across industries adopt our category, AI‑moderated research, as the new standard for understanding people.
We’re a tight-knit team serving some of the world’s largest enterprises.
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help keep our fast-moving marketing team running - the person working in lockstep with our team to bring events to life, support growth campaigns, and manage day-to-day operations. It's an ideal fit for someone early in their career who moves quickly, is highly collaborative yet independent, and is a creative problem-solver. This is a great role to learn about different channels throughout a marketing team and grow quickly.
Responsibilities
Help bring events to life: coordinate venues, logistics, and vendors; manage event pages and RSVPs; and provide on-site support through setup and run-of-show
Support growth campaigns end to end, from outreach and list building to sequencing and CRM updates
Manage our company social presence and drive employee engagement
Keep marketing tools and trackers up to date, and pull performance reports as needed
Jump in on operational projects wherever the team needs support
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a coordinator-type role
Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple work streams and tight event timelines
Clear written communication
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
Available for occasional evening/weekend hours around events
Bonus: startup or fast-paced environment experience
