About the Role:

09 The Marketing Executive supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the Women’s Portfolio. Working across all global events, this role is responsible for portfolio communications, social media, sponsorship promotions, PR execution, content planning, and supporting the overarching marketing strategy.

This position serves as a shared resource supporting the Head of Marketing and regional Marketing Managers while ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across every attendee, sponsor, and partner touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media & Portfolio Communications

Develop and manage the annual social media content calendar.

Own the day-to-day execution of the Women’s Portfolio social media channels.

Create and publish content promoting events, speakers, sponsors, Leadership Circle programs, partnerships, and portfolio news.

Coordinate portfolio communications including Save the Dates, event launches, speaker announcements, pricing campaigns, surveys, and “What’s New” updates.

Monitor engagement and recommend opportunities to improve reach and performance.

Campaign Execution

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all Women’s Portfolio events.

Build and schedule email campaigns, landing pages, website updates, and digital assets as required.

Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars.

Support attendee acquisition, registration campaigns, pricing promotions, and retention initiatives.

Sponsorship Marketing

Execute sponsor promotional campaigns across email, website, social media, mobile app, and onsite channels.

Coordinate sponsor announcements, sponsored content, and promotional opportunities.

Work with Sales and Client Services to maximize sponsor visibility and value.

Partnership Fulfillment & PR Execution

Coordinate marketing deliverables associated with media, association, and strategic partnerships.

Execute cross-promotional marketing campaigns with portfolio partners.

Draft press releases, keynote announcements, event launch communications, and media materials.

Track partnership and PR deliverables to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.

Content, Photography & Videography

Coordinate onsite photography and videography across the Women’s Portfolio.

Develop content briefs and shot lists for production partners.

Manage content capture during events, ensuring key speakers, sponsors, networking experiences, and attendee moments are documented.

Build and maintain a content library to support year-round marketing.

Repurpose photography and video assets across social media, websites, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and post-event recaps.

Competitive Intelligence

Monitor competitor events, pricing, marketing campaigns, sponsorship offerings, and attendee experiences.

Research industry trends and best practices.

Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team to strengthen the Women’s Portfolio’s competitive position.

Onsite Marketing Support

Attend key Women’s Portfolio events.

Support branding, signage, networking experiences, registration, and attendee communications.

Coordinate live social media coverage and onsite content creation.

Ensure all marketing touchpoints deliver a premium, white-glove experience.

Reporting & Administration

Track campaign performance across email, social media, sponsorship promotions, partnerships, and PR.

Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and project timelines.

Assist with post-event reporting and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in event marketing, communications, brand marketing, or digital marketing.

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience managing social media channels and marketing campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with B2B events or conferences is preferred.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CMS, and CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position of up to $80,000 per year. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
