Payflip is growing up. We're moving from one or two products to a full multi-product platform, built around one story: Payflip as the salary partner for employers and their people.

To get there, we need marketing to be a main source of growth again. That's why we're hiring a Marketing Lead. You'll own where every marketing euro goes, what it brings back, and how marketing contributes to revenue.

⭐️ What this role is (and isn't)

This is a hands-on role. You'll lead by doing, not by delegating and reviewing. You'll work alongside our existing specialists, not above them as a pure people manager. You'll set the strategy and make the calls. You'll also be close enough to the work to know whether those calls are paying off.

⭐️ What you'll do

Own channel strategy and budget across the full mix: paid, organic and content, referral and partners.. You'll decide where to cut and where to double down, based on data rather than habit.

Own the funnel as a revenue outcome. That means pipeline created, conversion quality, and marketing's share of closed-won.

Own the handoff from marketing to sales together with sales leadership. You'll set clear SLAs, close follow-up gaps, and stay accountable beyond the top of the funnel.

Turn our salary partner story into a working content and demand-gen engine, together with existing specialists.

(Re)build channels that generate pipeline, like referral, community, or organic.

Once the approach is proven, propose the marketing team structure and hiring plan for our next stage.

⭐️ Who you are

You have 8+ years in growth or demand-gen marketing. Ideally, you've owned full-funnel strategy at a B2B SaaS scale-up with €10M+ ARR.

You've already made the mistakes once, on someone else's budget.

You've worked across at least two of these areas: paid & performance, organic and content, partner and referral. You're not a single-channel specialist.

You've made a real budget reallocation or channel-mix decision, defended it, and can tell us how it turned out, good or bad.

You've been accountable for CAC and payback, not just CPC, CTR, or CPL.

Experience with challenger or category-creation positioning against incumbents is a strong plus. Experience in a related sector helps.
