About PointOne
PointOne is the time data layer for modern law firms. Our platform automates time entry from beginning to end while giving firm leaders structured data to improve billing, pricing, staffing and performance.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our events, marketing newsletter, product launches and presence across software and integration marketplaces.
The Role
You will own several of PointOne’s most important marketing programs from planning through execution and measurement. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who combines strong project management with excellent marketing judgment and is comfortable coordinating across Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success and external partners.
You should be able to bring structure to multiple workstreams, keep projects moving and connect marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes.
What You Will Own
Events and Field Marketing
Build and manage PointOne’s event calendar and budget across conferences, dinners, webinars and partner programs.
Evaluate opportunities based on target-account concentration, partnership value and expected pipeline.
Own event planning, sponsorship deliverables, invitations, logistics and onsite execution.
Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up with Sales and Partnerships.
Measure meetings, target accounts engaged, opportunities and influenced pipeline.
Marketing Newsletter
Own the newsletter calendar, production process, distribution and performance in collaboration with the customer success team.
Partner with our content lead, who owns editorial content, SEO and customer stories.
The newsletter should cover our product news, customer stories, partnerships, events and industry insights into a cohesive publication.
Grow and segment the subscriber base and test formats, subject lines and calls to action.
Measure engagement, registrations, replies and pipeline generated or influenced.
Product Launches
Build and manage go-to-market plans for new products, features and integrations.
Coordinate launch timelines across Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships.
Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and launch messaging.
Ensure each launch has the necessary website, email, social, sales and partner assets.
Create repeatable launch playbooks and report on adoption, engagement and commercial impact.
Product Marketplaces
Own PointOne’s presence across software review platforms, product directories, integration marketplaces and relevant AI ecosystems.
Keep company profiles, product descriptions, integrations, screenshots and supporting materials accurate and compelling.
Build programs to generate high-quality customer reviews.
Identify opportunities for improved rankings, badges, awards and marketplace visibility.
Track marketplace traffic, leads, reviews and conversion performance.
What We Are Looking For
Four to seven years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally across field marketing, product marketing or integrated campaigns.
Experience managing events and cross-functional product launches from beginning to end.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make technical products easy to understand.
Exceptional project management and attention to detail.
A business mindset and customer obsession.
Experience with CRM, email marketing and analytics tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
Familiarity with G2, Gartner Digital Markets, TrustRadius or product and integration marketplaces is a plus.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership.
Experience in legal technology is not required, but an interest in AI, enterprise software and the business of law is important.
What Success Looks Like
PointOne has a focused event strategy tied to target accounts and pipeline.
The newsletter runs on a consistent cadence and develops into a meaningful owned channel.
Product and integration launches are coordinated, timely and supported across every customer-facing channel.
PointOne’s marketplace presence is accurate, differentiated and generating reviews, visibility and qualified demand.
Marketing programs are executed reliably without requiring the Growth lead to manage every operational detail.
