We are seeking a versatile, business-minded Marketing Manager to own and drive growth across our LATAM markets, with a primary focus on end-to-end project leadership, demand generation, and deep product and market expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact, combining the energy and agility of a startup with the resources of a public company.

What You'll Do

Lead a broad range of cross-functional projects from research to execution, taking full ownership from the first question to the final result.

Lead demand generation projects, from the initial idea and research through to execution, working closely with our acquisition teams and agencies to bring them to life.

Become a deep specialist in Payoneer's products and value proposition, and in the markets and lines of business we serve, so you can translate what we offer into what matters for each audience.

Partner closely with our sales teams to understand their priorities and turn them into effective marketing action.

Decode complex, ambiguous briefs into clear plans, sharp hypotheses, and measurable experiments, and see them through with a strong project management mindset.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of growth or marketing experience at fast-paced, data-driven, high-growth technology companies, with a track record of operating close to the business.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from framing the problem and building the business case to driving flawless execution, with a strong appetite for hands-on project management.

A business-first, analytical mindset with the curiosity to become a real product and market expert, translating our value proposition into the specifics of each market and line of business.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, LATAM.
