Your Opportunity:

At PLACE, we’re building a category-defining company at the intersection of real estate, technology, business services, and the consumer. As a profitable, hypergrowth startup, on the path to an IPO, our standards are high, and our team is scrappy, and our commitment is to execute the best work of our lives.

This is YOUR CHANCE to shape the backbone of a company that’s scaling rapidly and innovating boldly. As our Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist , you’ll partner with the Co-Founder of Maestro Marketing Services , founders, and executives to protect and elevate how our brands are perceived across search, social, and AI platforms — ensuring the content people (and AI systems) find is accurate, helpful, and reflects the best of who we are. If you thrive in complexity, entrepreneurial problem-solving, and believe in scaling through tech and AI, this is your PLACE.

Who Develops You: Co-Founder, Maestro Marketing Services

What You’re Great At:

You own outcomes, not just tasks — when you take on a project, you follow through until the metrics move, not just until the checklist is complete. You’re data-driven, using sentiment, visibility, and performance data to guide your decisions rather than relying on gut feel alone. You’re highly organized and comfortable managing multiple brands, each with its own deliverables and KPIs, without letting anything slip. You work well within established processes, but you’re always looking for ways to make them sharper and more effective, and you’re quick to flag gaps or issues before they become problems. Your writing and editorial judgment are strong, and you know how to make branded content read as authentic and credible in community-driven spaces. You’re comfortable with SEO/AEO concepts and curious about how AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude are reshaping how brands get discovered.

What You’ll Do:

Own day-to-day content creation and monitoring across social (including Meta and Reddit), owned & partner web properties, and video for your assigned brands (5+ at a time)

Take accountability for sentiment, visibility, and content accuracy metrics across your brand set — not just task completion

Execute against the ORM/AEO strategy and processes set by leadership, proactively flagging gaps or issues

Monitor brand representation across AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) and flag notable shifts

Coordinate with contractors and virtual assistants on content execution, and take accountability for the quality of their output

Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking sentiment, visibility, and content performance

Deliver regular sentiment, visibility, and performance reports to stakeholders and brand marketing teams

Partner with marketing teams across brands on content needs and messaging alignment

Support editorial review of externally branded content to ensure it reads as authentic and credible in community-driven channels, following standards set by leadership

What You Bring:

3-6 years of marketing, content, or social media experience

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with their own deliverables and KPIs

A track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks — you follow through and hit your metrics

A data-driven approach to decision-making

A continuous-improvement mindset toward process and results

Strong organizational skills, with comfort working within established processes and improving them

Strong writing and editorial judgment

Familiarity with SEO/AEO concepts

Nice to Have:

Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (BigQuery or similar)

Real estate industry experience

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000/year depending on experience
