This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant - GoHighLevel & Meta Ads Execution based in Mexico.

This is a hands-on marketing execution role supporting multiple client accounts in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. You will manage day-to-day updates across Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel, ensuring campaigns, creatives, funnels, and automations remain accurate and organized. The role is ideal for someone who combines speed with strong attention to detail and can confidently follow established processes. You will work with structured SOPs, checklists, and video walkthroughs while collaborating with an international, English-speaking team. Your ability to identify inconsistencies and flag issues proactively will be essential to maintaining execution quality. This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to diverse marketing accounts and projects across Latin America.
