PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving

• •Handles Incoming Raw Materials, Finished Goods from Production, etc.
• •Inspections of all Received Materials before putting away for storage loc.
• •Relabelling as needed must be perform
• •Ensuring proper entry of records into system
• •Maintains a list of Monthly Sampling that requires preparation for delivering/sending out to customers
• •To perform weekly cycle count.
• •To ensure that all stocks are properly placed on pallets and observe that safety is in place according to standards
• •Assist in outbound material packaging inspection
• •Maintaining up-keeping of warehouse cleanliness

Picking and Issuing

• •Provide proper Picking and Packing of shipment both Drums and bags as daily shipment requires
• •Inspections of all goods pick before sent to stuffing activities
• •Assist in handling for shipment preparation for containerization
• •To perform monthly cycle counts
• •Ensure that all stocks are properly placed on pallets and observe that safety is in place according to standards
• •As and when if requires, assists in the support of stuffing containers/and trucks.
• •Assists in inbound and outbound material inspection

Loading and Unloading at Bay

• •Coordinating with shipping Dept. for all Daily loading activities
• •Making sure all completed loading documents are handle back to shipping dept for updating of confirmation
• •Make final visual check of all finished goods before stuffing that they are in proper packaging; no dented drums or broken bags and that strapping of loaded goods are in proper standard
• •Must be involve in Picking of stocks as and when require to help out
• •When requires assists in monthly stock count
• •Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse loading bay area and the surrounding area.

Dismantle Container of Bulk Material

Dismantle Flexi-bag from container and drain out residual into IBC

Other tasks:

• •Act as Banksman to guide all the incoming trucks (loading / unloading) to park safely at designated parking spaces.
• •Incumbent who has worked in the Plant more than 1 year will be required to conduct OJT training for new materials handlers (employee or resident contractors) with proper hands-on on the job trainings (OJT) and training records signed:
• •Routine materials handler tasks
• •Banksman role for incoming / outgoing trucks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• •Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
• •Able to speak, read & write simple English
• •Basic PC knowledge.
• •Minimum 3 years of active Forklift driving experience after passing WSQ Operate Forklift Course / MOM approved Forklift Driver Licence.
• •Preferably with working experience in handling Receiving or Shipment preparation for containerization
• •Able to work O/T when required
