Material Handler:

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Report to: Senior Logistics Manager

Employment Type: Contract

Hourly Rate: $25/hr to $30/hr

• Position Summary
• Responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, processing orders, preparing shipping
• documentation, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company shipping procedures.
• Key Responsibilities
• •Coordinate parcel and freight shipments using carriers and freight forwarders.
• •Create shipping labels, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export documentation.
• •Review backlog and prioritize orders based on customer requirements and ship dates.
• •Process order fulfillment transactions in ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• •Coordinate carrier pickups.
• •Investigate and resolve shipping exceptions, delays, and delivery issues.
• •Support dangerous goods and international shipments in compliance with applicable regulations.
• •Maintain shipping records and provide tracking information to internal stakeholders.
• •Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Qualifications & Skills
• •Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• •Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL, and freight forwarding processes.
• •Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
