Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) for the Raytheon AIM-9X program to be located onsite in Tucson, Arizona supporting the AIM-9X program. This MPM role will be primarily supporting the growth of AIM-9X Production capacity expansion and second sourcing.

You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team.

You will have the opportunity to lead projects, budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution.

What You Will Do:

• •Engage with PMO leadership on material strategy execution
• •Coordinate Risk Mitigation and Opportunity capture plans with Procurement
• •Support supplier engagement and supplier execution
• •Review and burn down SCM metrics
• •Develop and drive material EACs and monthly material forecasting
• •Lead proposal strategy and execution
• •Create and provide leadership briefings on supplier resiliency initiatives and status

Qualifications You Must Have:

• •Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• •Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
• •Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups for mitigation planning
• •Experience with monthly material forecasting, financial tracking, and proposal cost strategy
• •The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• •Experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management is required
• •Must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal management, supplier management
• •Must be able to succeed in the high stress, fast paced environment of development

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
