What You Will Do

• •Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization, which includes Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Engine & Module Assembly.
• •Assist professionals who plan material requirements for production processes, including new engine assembly and spare part forecasting.
• •Contribute to processes that facilitate on-time engine delivery and continuous improvement of planning workflows.
• •Work cross-functionally in office settings and engage hands-on on the shop floor to support operations.
• •Participate in meaningful assignments and projects designed to provide real-world impact and accelerate career development.

Qualifications You Must Have

• •Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship session.
• •Must have a minimum of 30 credit hours prior to starting the internship

Qualifications We Prefer

• •Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications to business processes
• •SAP experience
• •Minimum 3.0 GPA

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
