Mecánico de Producción – Front End

Misión del puesto

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, disponibilidad y eficiencia de los equipos situados en la parte inicial de la línea de producción (front end), mediante la ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y mejora continua, minimizando paradas y asegurando la calidad del proceso productivo.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria del área de front end, asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento.
  • Diagnosticar y reparar averías mecánicas, neumáticas, hidráulicas y eléctricas básicas en equipos de producción.
  • Intervenir de manera rápida ante incidencias para minimizar el tiempo de parada de la línea.
  • Sustituir y ajustar componentes como rodamientos, motores, transmisiones, sensores y sistemas de control.
  • Ajustar, calibrar y poner a punto los equipos para garantizar la calidad del producto.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con producción para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Detectar fallos recurrentes y proponer mejoras técnicas para incrementar la fiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Registrar las intervenciones de mantenimiento en el sistema de gestión (GMAO/CMMS).
  • Cumplir estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo bloqueo y etiquetado (LOTO).
  • Participar en la instalación y arranque de nuevos equipos o modificaciones en líneas existentes.
  • Apoyar a otros técnicos y compartir conocimientos dentro del equipo de mantenimiento.
