About the Role

Service Stream are excited to open applications for a Mechanical Engineering Estimating Graduate to join our Utilities division, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program . You will be part of the wider Utilities team, which is our biggest business unit that supports Power, Energy, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide. You will support our Urban Utilities MECS contract . We will provide structured learning and exposure across the project lifecycle.

About the program

O-Week kicks off in February 2027 from our head office in Melbourne. We will provide remuneration increases every 6 months for the duration of this program, and when you finish you will have a permanent role with us.

To be eligible for the program, you must:

• •Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate engineering degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.
• •Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
• •At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
