Mechanical Support Specialist-1

Your responsibilities

• •Carries out advanced checks using checklist, prior to starting equipment and for running equipment
• •Responsible for the start-up and operation of equipment (e.g. crusher) machines used in production processes
• •Determines and corrects machine malfunctions of high complexity
• •Oversees clearing of hopper blockages as per the safety procedures
• •Ensures throughput and quality standards are achieved
• •Liaises with key stakeholders in the event of any production stoppages
• •Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
